Community Leaders Join Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County Board of Directors

More than 500 families have built and purchased their homes in partnership with Brevard Habitat

Don DiFrisco is a proud veteran and brings his entrepreneurial expertise in finance and business to the Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County. He serves as the Treasurer.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County announced several new community leaders have joined its board of directors.

The organization has appointed Chris Myers of CenterState Bank, David Wilkison with the City of Melbourne, Don DiFrisco of TSS Solutions and HellnBlazes Brewery, Jeannette Jarnes with Northboro Builders and Father Bradley Beaupre to its board of directors.

More than 500 families have built and purchased their homes in partnership with Brevard Habitat since 1985. By empowering families to help themselves they are building strength, security and self-reliance.

Each new board member has a strong passion for the Brevard Habitat mission.

Myers is Vice President/Branch Manager at CenterState Bank and brings a strong knowledge of business and the community. She serves on the executive committee of Suntree Rotary and the board of Children’s Home Society. She serves as the chair of the Habitat Development committee.

David Wilkison is the City Engineer with the City of Melbourne and was previously with DRMP as their East Coast Engineering Manager.

He has worked in Collier County where he was instrumental in Habitat Collier County’s strategic growth. Previous board experience includes Branch Chairman of the American Public Works Association of Central Florida and Leadership Florida Alumni Advisory Board.

He is a graduate of Leadership Florida class XXIII. He is chair of the Habitat Land Acquisition committee. DiFrisco is the president/owner of TSS Solutions and HellnBlazes Brewery.

He currently serves on the board of directors of the Combat Veterans Association and previously on Florida Venture and Melbourne Main Street.
