Hawkins led the way with 16 rushes for 174 rushing yards in a 48-16 Cardinal win

(24/7 SPORTS) – Florida State hit the road traveling to Louisville looking to build on their upset victory over North Carolina last weekend.

Instead, the Seminoles fell into familiar traps and performed poorly in nearly every facet, losing 48-16 to the Cardinals.

FSU falls to 2-4 on the season, including 1-4 against Atlantic Coast Conference after Louisville dominates at home 48-16.

The Louisville rushing attack went for 291 yards and four rushing touchdowns on 37 rushing attempts.

Running back Javian Hawkins led the way with 16 rushes for 174 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Atwell added a 2-yard touchdown run, too.
