Palm Bay Mayoral Candidate Rob Medina Receives Endorsement of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio

Medina served for 10 years as Director of Community and Military Relations for U.S. Congressman Bill Posey and also served as a legislative aide to Commissioner Jackie Colon of Palm Bay.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Mayoral candidate Rob Medina has earned another endorsement, this time from of  U.S. Senator Marco Rubio.

Medina served for 10 years as Director of Community and Military Relations for U.S. Congressman Bill Posey and also served as a legislative aide to Commissioner Jackie Colon of Palm Bay.

“Rob is a patriot who has served our great nation as a United States Marine, and his community for decades as an active volunteer and valued leader in his church,” said Rubio.

“I have worked with Rob on federal issues and I am confident his leadership characteristics will serve the residents of Palm Bay extremely well. Please join me in supporting Rob Medina for a better Palm Bay.”

Medina also received the endorsement of former Florida Senate President Mike Haridopolos.

“I have known Rob for over a decade and he is a dedicated public servant,” said Haridopolos.

“He truly cares for the people in our community and will serve the people of Palm Bay well. Rob is a dedicated family man who has always shown respect for others and is a great listener.”

Longtime Brevard County Clerk of the Court Scott Ellis said Medina is the leader Palm Bay needs to work through these difficult times.

“Rob is a long time Palm Bay resident deeply in touch with his community and the right person for Mayor of Palm Bay,” said Ellis.

“I have known Rob for many years during my career with the State Attorney’s Office and have worked with him on a variety of community issues,” said State Attorney Phil Archer.
