A huge thank you to Dr. Thomas Smith and his team at Animal Specialty and Emergency Hospital (ASEH) for taking such great care of “Junny” during a recent allergic reaction he had to an antibiotic that caused him to get vertigo.

Dr. Smith and the team at ASEH worked closely with our own Veterinarians, Dr. Boyd and Dr. Jenkins to give “Junny” the absolute best care possible during a very stressful time for him and all of us at the Sheriff’s Office that were so worried about his condition.

As a result of the allergic reaction and vertigo “Junny” spent several days at the hospital and was taken great care of by the staff who spoiled him rotten, but also gave him the best medical care you could ever imagine.

“Junny” is thankfully healthy and back at work, so he recently stopped by to outfit the staff of Animal Specialty and Emergency Hospital with his “Junny the Mascot” shirts and to give them all a big slobbery kiss for taking care of him.
