ORLANDO, FLORIDA – After a disappointing loss to Tulsa on Saturday, UCF Knights received no sympathy from AP voters and tough love from coaches in the new top 25 poll that was released on Sunday.

UCF dropped out of the top 25 in the AP poll after being ranked No. 11 last week in the same poll.  The new top 25 coaches poll dropped UCF from No. 12 to No. 25.

Saturday’s loss snapped UCF’s 21 home-game winning streak and dropped the Knights to 2-1 on the year.

The schedule doesn’t get any easier as UCF enters a bye week next week before they travel to Memphis, who also dropped out of the top 25 after losing Saturday at SMU 30-27.
