BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sherriff Wayne Ivey participated in Palm Bay’s annual Veterans Day Parade, along with Congressman Bill Posey and newly elected Mayor Rob Medina.
The parade was well attended by citizens and veterans alike who all shared their patriotism with the parade participants as they walked and drove along the parade route.
“I had the pleasure of joining members of our agency and other organizations throughout our community as we collectively participated in the City of Palm Bay’s Veterans Day Parade to honor our veterans and their families who served our country,” said Sherriff Ivey.
“The Grand Marshal of today’s parade was U.S. Congressman Bill Posey from Florida’s 8th Congressional District and without question, the highlight of today’s parade was a parade flyover from a C-130 Hercules from Dobbins AFB in Marietta, Georgia.”
