Brevard Fire Rescue Units Extinguish Recreational Vehicle Fire in South Merritt Island

There was no damage to the home and no injuries

MERRITT ISLAND • BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Brevard County Fire Rescue has extinguished a recreational vehicle fire that occurred on Coconut Lane in Merritt Island this morning.

When BCFR Engine 43 arrived on the scene, heavy fire and smoke was seen coming through the roof of the RV.

There was no damage to the home and no injuries.

A BCFR investigator is being sent out to help determine the cause of the fire which has heavily damaged the vehicle.
