Brevard County Commission denied a vote on a highly debated topic within the community that addressed property rights in unincorporated areas, which, if passed, would have allowed commercial tourist daily rentals, like Airbnb and VRBO, in residential neighborhoods, forever changing county regulations established in 2006.

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – Brevard County Commission denied a vote on a highly debated topic within the community that addressed property rights in unincorporated areas, which, if passed, would have allowed commercial tourist daily rentals, like Airbnb and VRBO, in residential neighborhoods, forever changing county regulations established in 2006.
