NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Brr! The coldest temperatures of the season will occur Friday night through Saturday morning. Skies will be mostly clear with light northerly wind. A Freeze Warning has been issued for northern Brevard County starting at midnight tonight through 9 a.m. Saturday.

IMPACTS: Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Many home fires occur during cold weather episodes. Use extreme caution with space heaters, keeping the heater away from all material that may be combustible, such as pillows, blankets, and curtains.

Saturday Night Partly cloudy, with a low around 44. North wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunday Mostly sunny, with a high near 68. East northeast wind 5 to 10 mph.
Sunday Night Mostly clear, with a low around 52. Northeast wind around 5 mph.
Monday Sunny, with a high near 71. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming west in the afternoon.
