BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – The Cocoa Police Department met with some of our neighbors at Lost Lakes.

We love when our residents are active and involved in partnering with us to make safety a personal priority.

We answered questions about lockboxes and how to “harden the target” to keep your home from being appealing to a would-be thief. The residents of Lost Lakes community have done well in reducing the number of burglaries in their neighborhood.

Our VCOP coordinator informed the residents how they can join the volunteer force at the police department. We shared so much and learned so much just having the conversation.

Our goal is to partner with you for the safety of everyone. We encourage you to learn more by visiting the community resource unit section of our website alieve in yourself, even if no one else does. Follow your dreams, even if you walk alone. Most importantly, have fun while doing it.
