Intersection on SR-520 at Blake Avenue Reduced to One-Lane After Crash Knocks Out Traffic Signal

BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA, FLORIDA – Cocoa Police announced on Friday evening that the intersection of SR-520 at Blake Avenue is being reduced to one lane in both directions due to a traffic crash that knocked out the traffic signal.
Emergency repairs are being made and will take several hours, according to Yvonne Martinez of the Cocoa Police Department.
Motorists are advised to please slow down approaching the area as workers are present.
Officers have construction cones to merge traffic in the affected area. Motorists are being advised to use caution when approaching the area.
