Melbourne Police Arrest Four People for Illegal Drugs During Search Warrant

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police have arrested four people during a search warrant that resulted in police confiscating multiple illegal drugs.

According to Melbourne Police, officers executed a search warrant for a house on the 1800 block of Pine St. in reference to ongoing sale of illegal
drugs.

When police carried out the warrant, they seized 4.2 grams of Methamphetamine, along with numerous drug paraphernalia
items and ammunition inside the home.

All four people arrested were booked into the Brevard County Jail.

The following people were arrested and charged with the following:

– Richard Paul Heinrich Jr., 37, from Melbourne, was charged with Possession of Prescription Medication

– Carolyn Ann Daly, 36, from Melbourne, was charged with Possession of Meth

– Francis LeRoy Plante, 52, from Melbourne, was charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Meth with Intent to Sell, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Fentanyl with Intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

– Kelly Estelle McCauley, 35, from Melbourne, was charged with Felony Warrant for Violation of Probation/ Reference to Tampering with Evidence.
