UPDATE: Saturday’s SpaceX Rocket Launch from Kennedy Space Center Pushed Back to Sunday

The 45th Weather Squadron has released a weather report for the Saturday morning SpaceX rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center, which is forecasting weather conditions to be 80-percent favorable for launch.

BREVARD COUNTY • CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The 45th Weather Squadron has released a weather report for the Saturday morning SpaceX rocket launch from Kennedy Space Center, which is forecasting weather conditions to be 80-percent favorable for launch.

Launch is targeted for 7:24 a.m. ET.

The payload will launch the 18th batch of approximately 60 satellites for SpaceX’s Starlink broadband network, a mission designated Starlink V1.0-L17.

Following first stage separation, SpaceX will attempt to land the rocket booster engine on drone ship “Of Course, I Still You’ stationed in the Atlantic ocean.
