Disney Cruise Line Extends Suspension of All Departures Through May, Disney Magic Sailings Through Aug. 10

Norwegian Cruise Lines also extends suspension of all cruises through May 31

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Disney Cruise Line announced on Wednesday that the suspension of all cruises will extend through the month of May, while Disney Magic sailings in Europe will extend through Aug. 10.

“Our team at Disney Cruise Line remains focused on the health and well-being of our Guests and team members,” said Disney through a press release.

“We are carefully preparing for a return to service following the guidelines issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”

“As we continue to refine our protocols and await further technical guidance from the CDC, we are cancelling all sailings departing through May 2021.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Norwegian Cruise Lines also extending their suspension of all cruises through May 31.
