BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Eastern Florida State College men’s basketball team won its fourth straight game, defeating Daytona State College 78-63 Wednesday night at Titan Field House.

The Titans used their long-range shooting to break open a close game in the second half, outscoring the Falcons 17-9 in a four-minute span to pull away.

Sophomore Brody Boyer, who was named the NJCAA Region VIII player of the week last week, hit three more 3-pointers in the second half to finish with nine points and grabbed six rebounds.

Christyon Eugene led the Titans with 15 points and seven assists while teammate Ja’Darius Harris had 13 points and Nick Alves finished with 12 in the win.

Eugene and Lovre Zaja each had two 3-pointers in the second half as the Titans hit seven in the half.

Eastern Florida State College improved to 5-2 overall and is 3-0 in the Central Conference. The Titans will travel to Polk State College for a conference game on Saturday.
