BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Tech cross country competed in the 2021 Sunshine State Conference Cross Country Championships at Rinker Athletic Campus hosted by Palm Beach Atlantic. The men finished eighth with a combine scored of 213.

Men’s:

The man carried a total time of 2:34:47 and recorded an average time of 30:58. Avery Cook was the first Panther to cross the finish line (40th, 30:06.57) carrying an average 6:03.5 mile time.

Following Cook was Alex Larrivee who recorded a time of 30:25.52 and finished 43rd place, respectively.

William Hibbard (47th, 30:46.20), Christopher Daniele (53rd, 31:39.36), Lucas Harbour (54th, 31:48.87), Alexander Bugielski (58th, 33:06.05), and Reese Van Putten (65th, 35:18.62) rounded up Florida Tech’s runners on the men’s side.

Women:

Peyton Anders was the only female runner who represented Florida Tech at Rinker Athletic Campus. Anders finished with a total time of 31:56.28 and an average mile of 8:33.7.
