National Weather Service in Melbourne Issues Severe Thunderstorm Warning For Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Central Brevard County in east-central Florida until 3 p.m.

At 2:25 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Cocoa, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Locations impacted include Rockledge, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Merritt Island.
