BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay police officials are highlighting members of their agency in honor of Black History Month and spotlighted Detective Ken Shedrick.

Shedrick was born and raised in the Melbourne area and graduated from Palm Bay High School.

He joined the agency in 2006 after serving 11 years with the Cocoa Police Department. and is currently assigned to the Palm Bay Police Major Case Unit where he investigates violent crimes.

Shedrick has been a detective for the last 11 years.
