Titusville Man Dies After Suffering Medical Episode Immediately Following Fatal Crash in Volusia County

A Titusville man has died in Volusia County after suffering a medical episode following a crash he was involved with a motorcycle, which also killed the motorcyclist.

VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA – A Titusville man has died in Volusia County after suffering a medical episode following a crash he was involved with a motorcycle, which also killed the motorcyclist.

Florida Highway Patrol identified the Titusville man as a 78-year-old, who was accompanied in the van by a 69-year-old woman from Titusville.

The woman who was a passenger inside the van suffered minor injuries in the crash.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened when the front of the motorcycle struck the van the Titusville man was driving.

The motorcyclist is identified as a 69-year-old man from Edgewater, Florida.

Florida Highway Patrol made it known that they are sorting out conflicting reports by witnesses regarding how the crash happened.
