WATCH: Aspen Brandes Fulfills 2020 New Year’s Resolution – Reads the Bible from Cover to Cover

WATCH: Aspen Brandes, a junior at Merritt Island High School, talks with Steve Wilson in the latest edition of “Sit Down with Steve.” Aspen recently completed reading the Bible from cover to cover. She talks about completing this very special task, and much more in this exclusive interview.
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – You could say that Aspen Brandes is a typical active teenage girl. The junior at Merritt Island High School, is an athlete, having run cross country for the Mustangs the last two years and is vice-president of the Hispanic National Honor Society.
Brandes also enjoys singing and playing the piano and is in her youth church band. When it is time to relax, she plays board games around the house and enjoys watching the TV show, Survivor.
We also know she can keep a New Year’s resolution!
At the start of 2020, Aspen and a few of her friends decided to commit to reading the Bible from cover to cover.
Reading an average of 15 minutes per day, Brandes recently completed the task and has proven she is a very special young lady and is destined to do whatever she sets her mind to.
