BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Pine Crest Panthers defeated Astronaut War Eagle 68-47 in the 4A boys basketball state semifinals.
Jace Carter led the War Eagles in scoring with 22 points. The Thompson brothers combined for 45 points to help Pine Crest secure the victory.
The Astronaut War Eagles concluded their season with an outstanding 26-4 record and their first trip to the Final 4 since 1980.
