BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – On Sunday, I was honored to speak at the “Sheriff’s 20 Rifle Match” that took place at the Port Malabar Rifle & Pistol Club.

The competition pits competitors against one another as they attempt to place in the top 20 shooters who then receive recognition from the Sheriff of Brevard County.

The match is sponsored and held at the Port Malabar Rifle & Pistol Club as it has been for the past 30 years.

The match is held during the Civilian Marksmanship Program Championship with the top 20 competitors receiving a congratulatory certificate from the Sheriff along with other honors from the Port Malabar Rifle & Pistol Club.

In addition to handing out the awards I also had an opportunity to speak to the competitors about my unwavering support of the 2nd Amendment and how I believe that as citizens we have to be prepared to serve as the first line of defense for us and our families during a critical incident or threat!!

I would like to personally thank the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club for allowing me to be a part of this outstanding initiative and also the competitors for taking part in this amazing competition.
