BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA –  Melbourne Police are seeking to locate Michael Vincent Biondi Jr. who is wanted for City of Melbourne flag at City Hall.

Biondi, 29, is known to frequent the downtown Melbourne area.

Police are asking citizens to not approach or attempt to apprehend these individuals.
