Palm Bay Fire Crews Work to Contain Brush Fire Off Palisades Drive

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Palm Bay Fire Rescue announced that they working to contain a brush fire off Palisades Drive SE on Friday.
Officials say they are using a helicopter to drop water on the area due to access issues and windy conditions.
In the meantime, the forestry department is making a fire break.
Motorists and nearby residents can expect smoky conditions throughout the day on Friday, while crews battle the blaze.
