SPEED ALERT: Titusville Police Closely Monitoring Motorists Speeds on A. Max Brewer Bridge

Titusville Police announced on Sunday that they are conducting traffic enforcement on the A. Max Brewer Bridge.

BREVARD COUNTY • TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA – Titusville Police announced on Sunday that they are conducting traffic enforcement on the A. Max Brewer Bridge.

Police are asking motorists to slow down and drive 30 MPH speed limit.

Police are also urging motorists to be extra cautious of pedestrian traffic in the area.

The year 2021 has seen an increase in fatal accidents, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Data shows 35 fatal accidents have been investigated through Feb. 16 by Troop D that includes Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia counties. For comparison, during that time last year, there were 11 deaths investigated by FHP.
