UPDATE: Victim in Fatal Crash Thursday Morning Identified as 32-Year-Old Woman From Palm Bay

Florida Highway Patrol has more information on the victim that died in a vehicle crash Thursday morning in the area of Babcock St. and Eldron Blvd.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol has more information on the victim that died in a vehicle crash Thursday morning in the area of Babcock St. and Eldron Blvd.

State troopers say the victim was a 32-year-old woman from Palm Bay.

According to the investigation, the woman was driving a sedan vehicle eastbound on Eldron Blvd. in Palm Bay when she traveled through a stop a sign and was struck by a dump truck on the driver’s side that was heading southbound on Babcock Street.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured in the crash.

The crash happened around 8:40 a.m.

The identity of the person killed in the crash has not been released by police.
