SPACE COAST, USA – Following the announcement Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Liberty IT Solutions, LLC, a leading information technology and services firm, for $725 million, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast welcomed the global consultant to Brevard County.
Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, Liberty employs more than 200 at its Agile Center of Excellence in Melbourne, Florida. The company is a leading digital partner driving transformation across the federal IT ecosystem.
