BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is seeking suspect Darrel William Richardson in the latest edition of “Fishing for Fugitives,” as Sheriff Wayne Ivey comes to you from Melbourne at the POW/M.I.A Park.

In this episode, Sheriff Ivey is seeking Darrel William Richardson who is wanted for:

■ Violation of Probation reference of Burglary of a Structure

■ Possession of Burglary Tools

Sheriff Ivey says Richardson is known to be in the “waters of the Melbourne area” and was last “hooked” on January 22, 2021.

Richardson has no bond.

“If you’re the ‘Catch of the Day,’ you know what to do, turn yourself in and do the right thing – don’t make our Fugitive Unit come to get you. Because if you don’t turn yourself in, I promise you, they aren’t far from your house,” said Sheriff Ivey.

“Let’s make the Space Coast a safer place to live by assisting the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office in the apprehension of wanted fugitives, or in this case, the chance to “Hook ’em and Book ’em.”
