Melbourne Police Serve Search Warrants, Arrest Anthony L. Key On Five Counts of Sale of Cocaine

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Anthony L. Key, 56, of Melbourne was arrested after a joint investigation involving agents from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Melbourne Police Department’s Special Investigation Unit and additional Melbourne Police officers executed two search warrants at 1532 Harvard Circle and 1060 Polo Drive.
“The search warrants were obtained in reference to the ongoing sale of illegal drugs,” said Lt. Scott Mostert.
Lt. Mostert said during the search warrants, 90.8 grams of cocaine, 598 grams of MDMA, 44.6 grams of “Mollie”(amphetamine), 11.9 grams of fentanyl, 1363.6 grams of marijuana, 10 THC cartridges, 15 buprenorphine/naloxone sublingual strips, 7 grams of Adderall, $30,728 in cash and numerous drug paraphernalia items were seized.
Key was arrested on five counts of sale of cocaine at the time of search warrants, which was served on Thursday, April 29.
Lt. Mostert said this investigation remains active and additional arrests may follow.
