Port Canaveral to Provide COVID-19 Vaccinations to Anyone Over 18 on Monday, May 10

Port Canaveral will partner with Parrish Medical Center and Canaveral Fire Rescue to vaccinate anyone over 18 years of age with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on Monday, May 10 at Port Canaveral’s Cruise Terminal 1 parking garage, across the street from the Maritime Center, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

BREVARD COUNTY • PORT CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – Port Canaveral will partner with Parrish Medical Center and Canaveral Fire Rescue to vaccinate anyone over 18 years of age with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on Monday, May 10 at Port Canaveral’s Cruise Terminal 1 parking garage, across the street from the Maritime Center, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

There will be a return date on Monday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

“We have invited Port employees, Port workers and community, plus surrounding hotel and restaurant workers, etc.,” said Steven Linden​, Director of Communications and Public Affairs for Port Canaveral.

“We are expecting buses filled with local employees coming to be vaccinated.”

The first 200 people to be vaccinated will receive a voucher for a Victory Casino cruise for 2, including dining and $10 each of slot credits, valued at $86.

There will also be a raffle for prizes, as well as giveaways. Everyone vaccinated will receive the “I GOT STUCK AT PORT CANAVERAL” sticker.
