Florida Forest Service Reports Wildfire in West Melbourne Has Been Extinguished

The Florida Forest Service reported a wildfire in West Melbourne at 4508 Trovite Circle on Monday afternoon. According to Florida Forest Service officials, the size of the wildfire was about a 1/4 acre and the fire was out when  crews arrived and offers no threat to the public. BREVARD COUNTY • WEST MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The Florida Forest Service reported a wildfire in West Melbourne at 4508 Trovite Circle on Monday afternoon.

According to Florida Forest Service officials, the size of the wildfire was about a 1/4 acre and the fire was out when crews arrived and offers no threat to the public.

The Florida Forest Service, Orlando District, serves Brevard, Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.

The The Florida Forest Service manages more than 1 million acres of state forests for multiple public uses, including timber, recreation and wildlife habitat.
