Former Surveyor Party Chief For Palm Bay John S. Kulyassa Passes Away at 85

John retired as the Surveyor Party Chief for the City of Palm Bay in 2010
John S. Kulyassa passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Zon Beachside Assisted Living, Indian Harbour Beach. He was 85.
Born in Monaj, Hungary, he resided in Spotswood, NJ, and Old Bridge, NJ, before moving to Florida in 1986.
John retired as the Surveyor Party Chief for the City of Palm Bay in 2010 and also worked as a land surveyor with the Roads and Drainage Department.
He loved cooking and barbequing, watching sports, especially soccer, fixing cars and enjoyed sudoku and crossword puzzles.
Surviving is his daughter, Elizabeth Kulyassa and her husband, Thomas Cuomo, of Indian Harbour Beach; sons, Richard Kulyassa and his wife, Erin Christensen, of Robbinsville, NJ and John Kulyassa and his wife, Jayne, of Delray Beach; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; his brother, Lazlo Kulyassa and his wife, Agnes, of Monaj, Hungary, and four nieces and nephews
Friends and family may visit on Friday, June 25, 2021, from 11 to 12 p.m. at The Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ, where a service will be held at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, East Brunswick, NJ.
