Terry Lee Hipp, Rockledge Resident and 1965 Graduate of Cocoa High School, Passes Away at 73

Terry was an amazing son, brother, father and friend and will be sorely missed by all

Terry Lee Hipp was born in Rockledge, Florida and graduated from Cocoa High School in 1965. He owned First Equity Mortgage and Homeowners Title Company in Rockledge but went on to work with private investors and commercial properties later in life.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Terry Lee Hipp was born in Rockledge, Florida and graduated from Cocoa High School in 1965.

He owned First Equity Mortgage and Homeowners Title Company in Rockledge but went on to work with private investors and commercial properties later in life. Terry enjoyed sky diving, deep-sea fishing, the Indian River, and hanging out with his dog, Bella.

Rockledge was truly his home, and he has quite a large extended family of friends who love him dearly. Terry is the son of Walter Lee Hipp (former NASA fire chief) and Wynona Hodges Hipp.

He is lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Traci Hipp Lawrence and Sheri Hipp Hansen (Chris Hansen), his two brothers, Ronnie Hipp and Kenny Hipp (Joan Hipp), his six nieces and nephews, and his business partner Heather Jenkins and family.

Terry was an amazing son, brother, father and friend. He will be sorely missed by all.
