Veterans Memorial Center, MOAACC/Good Deeds Foundation both received $2,500

WATCH: Space Coast Daily TV was live from Erdman Automotive on Friday as the dealership presented two checks to help support local veterans organizations. The Veterans Memorial Center and the MOAACC/Good Deeds Foundation both received a check in the amount of $2,500. The Friday Night Locker Room’s Steve Wilson was on hand for the presentation.

Over the next few months, members of the Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Military Officers Association will be working with three local area veterans support organizations including the Veterans Center of Melbourne, under the Veterans Administration; the Volunteers of America; and the National Veterans Homeless Support to identify and verify veterans or families of veterans in need.

Last year, the Cape Canaveral Chapter of the Military Officers Association donated nearly $100,000 to area veterans, active serving military families, and military-oriented students.
