BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach Police Officer Brandon Leach stopped by little Isabella Capizzi’s coconut water stand to cool off over the weekend.

Officer Leach said he enjoyed the coconut water!
