LANE CLOSURE: City of Melbourne to Close Riverside Drive and Fifth Avenue on Thursday Night

work scheduled to begin July 15 at 9 p.m. and extend until 6 a.m

The City of Melbourne Public Works & Utilities Department will be closing the southbound right-turn lane of N. Riverside Drive at the intersection with 5th Avenue/U.S. 192 and the outside westbound lane of 5th Avenue/U.S. 192/SR 500 between N. Ramona Avenue and N. Riverside Place, in Indialantic, in order to restore sidewalk and pedestrian accessibility improvements.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – The City of Melbourne Public Works & Utilities Department will close the southbound right-turn lane of N. Riverside Drive at the intersection with 5th Avenue/U.S. 192 and the outside westbound lane of 5th Avenue/U.S. 192/SR 500 between N. Ramona Avenue and N. Riverside Place, in Indialantic, in order to restore sidewalk and pedestrian accessibility improvements.

The work is scheduled to begin Thursday night, July 15, at 9 p.m. and extend until 6 a.m.

Maintenance of traffic will be provided to route traffic around the work area per FDOT Index #102-616.

Access will be provided for any residential or business driveways in the work area.
