UCF’s ‘Countdown to Kickoff’ Luncheon Set August 19 at Addition Financial Arena

ORLANDO, FLORIDA – UCF’s annual Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon, is set for August 19 on the floor of Addition Financial Arena on the UCF campus.

“The future of college football is here at UCF, and we are looking forward to the Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon celebration,” says UCF vice president and director of athletics Terry Mohajir.

“This is an event you won’t want to miss, with the start of our 2021 season now a few weeks away.”

University president Alexander Cartwright, new head football coach Gus Malzahn and Mohajir are among the speakers you’ll hear from at the luncheon—as the Knights continue planning their return to the Bounce House at full capacity beginning Sept. 2 against Boise State.

This year’s Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon is presented by KnightPass, a UCF-branded toll sticker powered by E-PASS and provided by the Central Florida Expressway Authority.

Single tickets ($120 each) and corporate tables (10 seats/$900) are available in limited quantities. Sponsorship opportunities for the Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon also are available.

All proceeds from the Countdown to Kickoff Luncheon help provide scholarships and resources for UCF student-athletes.
