UPDATE: 29-Year-Old Man From Titusville Identified in Fatal Crash on SR-46

Authorities have identified the driver killed in the SR-46 crash on Sunday as a 29-year-old man from Titusville.

BREVARD COUNTY • MIMS, FLORIDA – Authorities have identified the driver killed in the SR-46 crash on Sunday as a 29-year-old man from Titusville.

The investigation reveals the Titusville man was traveling westbound on SR-46 near Tammy Dr. around 12:30 p.m. when he attempted to pass another vehicle by crossing over to the eastbound lane and collided head-on with a vehicle heading eastbound.

The driver involved in the head-on crash that was heading eastbound suffered serious injuries and has been identified as a 36-year-old Rockledge woman.

Two other vehicles involved in the crash struck the crash debris but suffered no injuries.

They are identified as 52-year-old man from Deltona and a 27-year-old woman from Boca Raton.

The crash is still under investigation.
