BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Eau Gallie Commodores 4-Star Linebacker Timajay Hayes is now a member of the Rivals Class of 2024 Top 100 Watchlist.

Hayes is in his sophomore season and through four games played has already filled up the stat sheets with 23 total tackles, 1 sack, 9 quarterback hurries and 5 tackles for loss.

The sophomore linebacker is known as a high football IQ prospect with great instincts, a hard hitter for his age and has a physical frame overall.

Hayes forces quarterbacks to make mistakes and is capable of stopping the run for loss or little to no gain.

The 4-star prospect already has 17 Divison I offers, with programs like Florida, Penn State and the University of Miami all showing interest.

In 2020 the Eau Gallie Commodores had nine athletes commit to Division I programs.
