BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Meili Viera, a leading Brevard County realtor, considers it an honor to help meet customers’ real estate needs and the dynamic real estate professional is still thriving in the hot real estate market on Florida’s Space Coast.

“Helping my clients find the right investment or the home of their dreams is exhilarating,” said Viera.

“I absolutely love being a resident of Brevard County, and I pride myself in going the extra mile to help clients find the best deal.”

Summer housing numbers show signs that the Space Coast residential real estate market may be returning to normal. While selling remains red-hot, slight inventory growth may lead to some sales slowing.

Closed sales of single-family homes were down on a year-over-year basis in July 2021, by over 13 percent. Still, that marks the first time sales in this property type category have been down year-over-year since May of 2020, near the beginning of the pandemic.

Born in Cuba, Viera is bilingual in English and Spanish. She holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and has 18 years of experience in real estate.

Her career in real estate started at the young age of 17. She decided early on to lead with a customer-first approach.

“I was mentored from an early age by a wonderful mother and daughter team that placed customer needs – and exceeding expectations – above all else. I pride myself in holding the highest level of integrity,” Viera said.

She is often complimented for her thoroughness and passion for her work. “I ensure going the extra mile by obtaining quality real estate deals along with delivering superior customer service,” said Viera.

Viera works with the MVP Group of Waterman Real Estate and brings with her extensive experience in both commercial and residential real estate.

You’ll often see her working in community outreach programs through her church, and she enjoys volunteering for several organizations on the Space Coast.

A consummate people person, Viera is known for listening closely to her client’s needs.

“I believe that all questions, are good questions when making property investments and I am totally invested in guiding my clients to conquer real estate milestones!” she said.

Viera believes that knowledge is power in any industry, and is very savvy on industry trends.

With her customer-first approach and expansive knowledge of the Brevard market, Viera serves as a skilled navigator on any real estate journey.

“I am laser-focused on delivering an outstanding customer service experience & tangible results,” said Viera.
