Melbourne Police Looking to Locate Two Suspects Seen Taking an ATM from Laudromat in Melbourne

Melbourne Police are requesting assistance in identifying and locating burglary suspects who were caught on surveillance driving a white Ford pickup truck after stealing an ATM at a laundromat in Melbourne last weekend.

BREVARD COUNTY • MELBOURNE, FLORIDA – Melbourne Police are requesting assistance in identifying and locating burglary suspects who were caught on surveillance driving a white Ford pickup truck after stealing an ATM at a laundromat in Melbourne last weekend.

The suspects who were involved in the commercial burglary to a laundromat in the north Melbourne area happened during the early morning hours of September 11, 2021.

Police say they were seen two times at the business on a surveillance camera between the hours of 1 a.m. and 5 a.m.

The first appearance, they attempted to break into and steal the ATM from inside the business. The second appearance at the business, the suspects were successful in stealing the ATM from the business and loading it into the bed of the pictured truck.

Police eventually recovered the ATM  on the side of the road in Merritt Island.

Authorities describe the truck used in the burglary as a possible white Ford F-250 or F-350 diesel truck with an extra-long bed, extended cab, black aftermarket rims, sunroof and three step-bars.

The truck has distinct COSTA sticker on the left rear window. The truck also appears to have a second license plate hanging over the original plate with wire.

The suspects are described as two white males. One suspect was seen wearing a cowboy hat and the other appears to be wearing a black wig.
