The Palm Bay Utilities Department’s billing provider is undergoing a transitional period which has led to a disruption in the mailing of utility invoices bills. Please note that your utility invoices are now available through the InvoiceCloud Portal HERE.

BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The Palm Bay Utilities Department’s billing provider is undergoing a transitional period which has led to a disruption in the mailing of utility invoices bills.

Please be advised you may experience a delay in receiving your utility invoice. As a result, no penalties will be incurred during the month of September.

Please note that your utility invoices are now available through the InvoiceCloud Portal HERE.

Palm Bay Utilities Department will continue to work with the billing provider to rectify this issue and will update you with the status.
