Two People Hospitalized After Single Vehicle Crash in Scottsmoor Off I-95

BREVARD COUNTY • SCOTTSMOOR, FLORIDA – Brevard County Fire Rescue responded to a single vehicle crash in Scottsmoor along I-95 early Sunday morning that resulted in two people being hospitalized.

The crash happened on southbound I-95 near mile marker 231.

Officials say one of the people inside the vehicle had to be extricated from the vehicle.

One person was transported to a local hospital, while the other person had to be taken to a trauma center in Orlando via helicopter.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
