BREVARD COUNTY • PALM BAY, FLORIDA – The City of Palm Bay has launched a Commercial Development Review and Permitting Processes feedback survey.The survey is confidential and is intended to enable developers, contractors, investors, realtors, and community partners to provide feedback to the City of Palm Bay to help improve commercial development processes and advance stakeholder relations.

The Palm Bay City Council will also hold a Commercial Development Review and Permitting Processes Workshop on Tuesday, October 26, at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Tony Rosa Community Center, located at 1502 Port Malabar Boulevard.

In addition to Palm Bay City Council, representatives from all development-involved City departments will be present at the meeting.

The workshop will provide an open forum to discuss the City’s existing commercial development review and permitting processes and address opportunities for process improvements.

The City of Palm Bay will also seek feedback and input on ways to enhance and streamline these processes to remove hurdles, catalyze commercial development, and make Palm Bay more pro-business and development-friendly.
