EVENT SPOTLIGHT: Harvest Festival Set for October at Viera Regional Park

BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA – The Viera Community Institute announced Viera’s 2021 Harvest Festival, in partnership with the Annual Scarecrow Stroll, will be held Saturday, October 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Viera Regional Park. .
This traditional fall festival will have vendors, activities for children, exhibitors, a photo op area, scarecrows, a “corn maze” to add to the season’s fun, music, and a variety of food trucks to enjoy.
You can even enter your pre-carved pumpkin into the pumpkin carving contest.
“We’re excited to be co-hosting the event with Viera Voice this year,” said Laurie Widzgowski, Marketing, and Event Coordinator.
“The Viera Voice’s signature Scarecrow Stroll will also be held at the Harvest Festival, so come on out, stroll through the scarecrows, vote for your favorite and you can even bid on a scarecrow to take home.”
Food trucks scheduled include 4th Street Fillin’ Station, Indian River Smokehouse, Hungry Hippies, Espresso Yourself Mobile Coffee, Just Cupcakin’ Around, and Cool Yeti.
