UF/IFAS Extension Brevard County Hosts Canning 101 Class on Nov. 6 in Cocoa

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Want to learn the basics of canning? Then consider enrolling in the Canning 101 class by UF/IFAS Extension Brevard County.
The class will cover water bath canning and pressure canning. You will be able to take your food home after class, so please make sure to bring a box with you as the jars will still be hot.
All other materials are provided in class.
The class is on Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and costs $35. Their canning classes are held at the UF/IFAS Extension Office in Cocoa. Space is limited to 8 people and there are only a few spots left! Advance registration is required.
Registration ends on November 3, 2021, at 5 p.m.
