Event Spotlight
BREVARD COUNTY • MERRITT ISLAND, FLORIDA – The Merritt Island Christmas Parade that is set to take place this Saturday, December 4 is in need of more floats.
For as long as many of us can remember, the Merritt Island Christmas Parade has been something our residents look forward to every year, however this year they are short on parade participants.
Like most of you, I don’t want to let this tradition go so I am asking our businesses, civic organizations, and even families that haven’t already registered to put a float, vehicle, or walking display in the parade, to submit an application as soon as they can.
Junny, myself and of course our Brevard County Sheriff’s Office team will be there in full force and I would love to make this year’s parade the best yet by all partnering together to have an awesome parade and display for the kids and our citizens.
To register your business, civic organization, or even family to enter the parade, please call our Brevard County Parks and Recreation team at 321-633-1874.
Junny and I look forward to seeing everyone there as we all celebrate the Christmas Season together!
