HAPPY ENDING! Silver Alert Subject Marilyn Brown of Indian Harbour Beach Found Safe By Florida Highway Patrol Trooper

Brown was found lost and disoriented but otherwise uninjured

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Peter Hooker located 87-year-old Silver Alert subject Marilyn Brown near Howley in the Hills Monday morning on the Florida Turnpike after authorities were actively looking for her after she was reported missing by her family over the weekend in Indian Harbour Beach.

According to Florida Highway Patrol Lt. Kim Montes, Brown was lost and disoriented but otherwise uninjured.

Lt. Montes said Trooper Hooker was thrilled to be able to help Brown as she was disoriented and scared.

The Florida Silver Alert noted Brown was last seen in the area of the 1900 block of South Patrick Drive in Indian Harbour Beach, wearing a brown sweater. and traveling in a 2004, black Pontiac Sunfire.

After making contact with Brown, Trooper Hooker contacted the Indian Harbour Beach Police Department and Brown’s son arrived with other family members to take her home.
