Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Releases Most Recent DUI Arrests Across Brevard County

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – In Brevard County we have zero tolerance for crime so if you are going to drink and drive, you are going straight to jail.

Throughout my career I have seen countless lives destroyed by a selfish drunk driver who instead of drinking responsibly, decided to get behind the wheel of a car and drive.

There are way too many families out there who will wake up this Christmas Morning without their loved one who was killed by a drunk driver or even killed themselves while driving intoxicated.

If you must drink, then have a designated driver or pay a nominal fee for another form of transportation that can get you home safely.

And if you can’t do that, then get ready to wake up Christmas Morning in our jail where you can’t put anyone else’s life at risk.
