BREVARD COUNTY • COCOA BEACH, FLORIDA – Cocoa Beach Police is committed to providing exceptional service to their residents, while away, you may request a Vacation House Check by simply completing an online Vacation House Check Request Form or by contacting their non-emergency number at 321-868-3251.

House checks are routinely done by patrol officers and their volunteer Citizen Observer Patrol.

This program is only intended to be a request for CBPD to conduct a periodic check of your home based on the availability of officers and/or other members of the Department.

Requesting a vacation house check in no way guarantees that a crime will not occur at your residence.

The Cocoa Beach Police Department’s goal is to work together in an effort to prevent or mitigate crime. It is recommended that you make every effort to safeguard against losses, including securing high-value property, using proper locking devices, alarm systems, etc.
